My Gluten Free World Expo is a brand new gluten-free expo that took place in Provo/Orem, Utah this past weekend. For their first year as a show, it was a great success! There were great vendors, active attendees and great speakers.
I had the pleasure to be one of those speakers – talking about gluten-free myths! I’d like to thank My Gluten Free World Expo for hosting me there. Wish you were there? No problem, let’s look at the great vendors and speakers who were there!
Let’s talk about the great people who were there! Lots of great presenters like:
Brianna – Flippin’ Delicious
Celeste – Life After Wheat
Tiffany – GF Mom Certified
Monica & Annica – The Gluten Free Twins
If you know Brianna from Flippin’ Delicious you must know about her soft frosted sugar cookies that are about the best things ever. She shared her recipe with the My Gluten Free World Expo audience. You NEED to
follow Brianna and
make these cookies ASAP. I was so thankful she let me take a bag of these back home to Phoenix!
They also had food trucks there! My favorite, and my choice for lunch, was
Spuds! It’s a local Provo, Utah truck that offers just baked potatoes. I got the colossal that includes both pulled pork and bacon, because I love pork and I wanted something extra filling for the long day. I was not disappointed.
While I didn’t get a chance to leave my booth a lot during the show, I did get a chance to check out several exciting products I’d like to tell you about!
Franz is launching gluten-free plain bagels! They were pretty dang delicious, even without toasting. I know many of you Franz fans out there will be really excited about this.
Gem City Fine Foods offers certified gluten-free cakes and cheesecakes. They contain egg and dairy but man these look delicious.
New Grains Gluten Free Bakery in Utah is a great brand of gluten-free bread. Their new(ish) sourdough is pretty great (still not as sourdough-y as Bread SRSLY) and it’s available to purchase on their website now.
Vivian’s Live Again has great gluten-free and vegan soup, sauce, and pudding mixes.
I brought home a lot of mixes from Grandpa’s Kitchen and Gluten Free Heaven. These two booths were really popular at the show, so I’m excited to try these mixes when I finally get some free time at home! Also, I’m including a special something from this photo in my giveaway!

I can’t believe I missed this! I love in Utah and somehow didn’t be hear about this. The gluten free heaven donut mix is seriously the best. We only do donuts once a year for Christmas Eve and we always use that mix.
We had so much fun at the expo, and especially loved sampling all the delicious products from Gem City and Vivian’s!
Love the soft pretzels
The plain bagels sound AMAZING!
Omg I am going nuts I’ve Vivian Live Again sourdough breads etc do you know it has been 3 years since I found out that I had celiac and have not had a yummy grilled cheese sandwich because there is no good gluten-free bread anywhere around here it’s all frozen there is no fresh gluten-free bread or anything so I can’t have a good sandwich or soup’s and everything because yeah that’s not available around here where I’m at in the stuff I’ve tried it taste like cardboard so when I saw this on your blog post I about went nuts and wished I could have it !! 😭😻😱

Alas, I just read that everything that they make has eggs in it though!

I am excited about the bagels. I have yet to find one to replace the discontinued Glutino ones.
Totally the bagels!
Really wish we could have made it to the expo, we are new to this gluten free diet. I’m excited to try the Spud truck, and the Franz bagels.
