I am fortunate enough to have a Zojirushi top-of-the-line bread machine, and also have used the T-Fal bread maker as well. It is the best bread I’ve made in both machines so far! With her mix you use any carbonated beverage – like seltzer water or beer. I’ve made beer bread and cider bread – and loved all of them. While I love conventional gluten-free bread, it’s incredible to have fresh baked bread hot from the machine.
