The lovely people at Attune Foods sent me three Erewhon gluten-free cereals to review. I used the Cocoa Crispy Brown Rice cereal to make some sugar cookies for a Celiac Disease Foundation meeting. I adored the Strawberry Crisp, and last up is the Crispy Brown Rice Mixed Berries cereal.
This cereal only has brown rice, honey, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries! Yum!
It’s certified gluten-free and made with organic brown rice. It’s 120 calories for a cup of the cereal (for which I probably served myself a few servings – I’ve never been good with portion control).

The fruit may look weird here, but once they soak up all the almond/hemp/soy milk, they are soft and wonderful and tasty. I love it with hemp milk – so rich and nutty.

Ingredients
Organic brown rice, Organic brown rice syrup, Organic honey, Freeze dried blueberries, Freeze dried raspberries, Freeze dried strawberries, Sea salt, Natural flavor.

It’s basically just Rice Krispies with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries (dehydrated, not fresh). But, if you can’t find time to put fresh fruit on your new GF Rice Krispies, then this is a great and easy fix for breakfast.
Although this isn’t as good as the Strawberry Crisp, I really like this cereal. It’s less fake-sugary than Rice Krispies, and adds the sweetness of real fruit. I’m happy I had a chance to work with Attune Foods. Their products that I got a chance to review were very good. Thanks Attune Foods!

Wow, such a healthy treat, I just love using honey as a substitute for sugar, the same flavor but the other is all natural, and not to mention, those berries that are full of anti-oxidants, so perfect for an afternoon treat for my little kids.
